Pretty self explanatory, what is your favorite hair mod you would recommend me?

Plain vanilla hair

Reason: Hair mods seem to introduce only silly anime/manga hairstyles

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6982

You have to make your own file, but I like the fact that you can only use the ones that you want and not get a 20 hair pack when you will only use maybe 1 or 2 of them.

As far as the mod that has the 20 (totally throwing a number out here, have no idea how many hairs, but pretty sure there are more than 20) hair pack goes, I use http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6341. It provides a lot more than just hairs though, very well worth it.

Project Beauty also changes the appearance of NPCs though, so if you aren't interested in that, and only want something for your character, I have a recommendation to offer. I really like http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8942. It adds a lot of hairstyles and eyes and it adds a lot of preset faces at character creation as well.

My favorite is http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5462, However make sure to install http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1146 first. It also gives an option for NPC's to wear these styles.

I use Project Beauty (PB), I don't know if it focuses to much on changing hair but it does make a lot of the characters more... reasonable? ^_^
