Hair troubles...?

So, I've made hair and I like the way it looks... except for 2 things.

Now, I know the UV isn't exactly right on the sides, it isn't that. :) I don't know how to make use of the Alpha to make the hairs transparent and it looks like the hair is thinner in an area, and I also don't know how to make it so the hair changes color with what you've chosen for the hair color.

Any help would be immensely appreciated! :D

Thank you for reading.

Usual way to go is to have:

- Transparent texture
- NiAlphaProperty with flags set to 4845 with treshold set to 0
- Name a material to "Hair" (this is importaint for oblivion game engine)

Once you make the mesh fit on imperial head, use http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9360 to generate EGM/TRI file(s), so it would fit on all heads.
