Hairstyles i cant find

When i was buying a room at vault 21 there was a lady with big black poofy hair who was one of the unnamed npcs. Her hair was not one of the ones you can have and i want it.
How do i get it. Its not pretty poof its poofier and longer.
Does anyone know what im talking bout>

Thats not even closly related to what he was talking about. Does that person have poofy hair? NO.

If it's not one of the ones normally available at character creations, there's only one way to get it: mods.

Was it like this? For some reason, the insignificant character that was Cherry had her own hairstyle that wasn't playable. Maybe there is an NPC with it in New Vegas.

PC players can go though all the graphics of every unnamed NPC and of every hair style to find it, but some people have a life.
