The question of vampirism becomes more muddied when you introduce the lore about the Quarra clan of vampires from Morrowind, where it states, clearly that it is is a strain which is incurable. As it is in Vvardenfell that these Quarra are found, might it have been why Vicente Valtieri was in self exile in the wastes until the Brotherhood found him?
The player can achieve a cure in Oblivion, suggesting that many strains can be cured, therefore a disease. It may not be transmitted through six, as other diseases, unless genetically borne, are not passed on through having six, so why would vampirism. Traits from the vampire would , however be passed on in the normal way.
And Khajiit/human? Why not? Barenziah enjoyed a Khajiit lover, but , because of the barbs, I would think a female Khajiit/ male of other race pairing more likely. (I'm commenting as a female here!) The Khajiit type that is in evidence in Cyrodiil basically comprised of furry 'humans'. If orcs and humans are compatible, and fertile, then I see no problem with men and Khajiitii.
