Halloween is coming up at the end of the month and I am wondering what mods are out there to concern this little holiday. So I am looking for anythign from mods to resources.

I might even make my own litte mod - who knows

There is this one, looks...well judge your self. And you need to find and download some other mods because this one needs the files from those mods.

Mind you i never...ever used this mod myself, so i do not know how good it is.

Excellent Mod! (uses Morrowind/Daggerfall holiday name "Tales & Tallows" for Halloween, but the "Halloween-type" resources are there).
Adds vendors in several cities (at the appropriate time of year) selling holiday-appropriate trinkets for the Player to use/decorate favorite home (as well as decorating the cities themselves).
And a lot more other nifty stuff besides, such as birthdays for Player/companions. You'll like it.
