How's the gameplay so far, fallout3newbie? Are the graphics much different than Halo 3? How are the new weapons? Have you found a regular sniper rifle yet?

Graphics seem slightly better then H3s graphics. I've only used the assault rifle, magnum(it rocks), the DMR, the focus rifle, the plasma repeater, the needler, and the shotgun. My favorite weapon so far is the magnum. I still haven't used the rocket launcher and sniper yet, though.

nvm after checking M$'s twitter it would seem the site is experiencing much higher then normal traffic probably because people told others to go get the beta there. i'll just wait it should be working tomorrow.

Okay..

How's the needler playing this game? I hear it got a substantial upgrade, which makes me happy, as it was one of my favorite weapons in Halo 1, in Halo 2 it was meh, and in Halo 3 it was like..there's no point to this at all..

I haven't used it much but it's pretty good, it's seems slightly better then in H3, barely noticeable. Oh well, maybe I just haven't used it enough.

Man, you really must love the needler.

Although I nearly got an overkill with it in Halo 3, which was pretty sweet.

The DMR is BADASS. It takes more skill then the BR though, but I've been getting owned with it in swat, some people will headshot you the second they see ya'.

Honestly, it just seems like a plasma rifle upgraded to an assault (plasma) rifle, but yeah, it's pretty good.

I could but I just played for about an hour and it's 12:49AM. Or I could just use the "record clip" option 7 minutes in and post the 5 minute clip.
