Also having this issue! It breaks the Silver Shroud quest line. Exactly how it happens: I did the Dig with that crazy lady, and at the end, you can have a change of heart when you realize she's up to no good, and with a high enough persuation or whatever, convince her to go home. This aligns you with Hancock. Then under misc quests is "go speak to Hancock" or something. (At this time, also in my quests is the Silver Shroud at the stage of "Speak to Hancock as the Shroud"... So, go to Hancock, and all he wants to talk about is the Dig and thanks and wants to be a companion. There's no way to speak to him as the Shroud, even with the full Shroud stuff on and the silver gun. He just wants to talk about companion lines. I tried every option too. Even dismissing him. Shroud is one of my fav quest lines, and is somewhat broken now, but don't want to replay the 10 hours back to the Dig. :/

- How large is your save file? 9 and 10 Mb
- What is your character level? 30-something, maybe 36.
- Which mods if any are you running? No mods
