Recently I decided I wanted to make a hand-to-hand (or whatever weapons I will be facing) character to spice things up. I have chosen the Khajiit and the heavy armor perks for obvious reasons, but this is really as far as I have gotten. Possibly some alteration or illusion for paralysis and invisibility.

I am here to ask you what you think the best hand-to-hand build would be. Feel free to include races, skills, guardian stones, armor sets, strategies etc.

Race doesn't really matter, but Khajiits do get an unarmed damage bonus, which is very handy in the beginning.
