Ok so I have been playing the game for a long time now and I have been having trouble playing it because of 1 problem; my hands will randomly go down as if i am putting them away and they will come back up instantly, and the sound effects will lower as if i went into the menu, sometimes it does this 3 or 4 times in a row, but it does it all the time, what is going on? I don't have any mods installed either. Also I tried to record this happening with Playclaw, but strangely enough the bug wouldnt happen when it was recording the screen, but as soon as i stopped recording, it started happening again, what do you think could be happening?

For how long do you have this problem, from the beginning of your game-play ???

I had it for about 2 months, I got sick of Skyrim so i didn't play it for a long time, then my hard rives crashed a few weeks ago and i got them replaced, and re installed skyrim, and started playing again, and its doing it all over again. I will try a previous save, i really dont want to start over, i'm level 53 right now, unless i can find a save editor to get me to where i was level and inventory wise, but i will try a new gfile tonight.

You could try to delete your skyrim.ini and skyrimPrefs.ini files. (Located at C: \ Users \ [ Your Name ] \ Documents \ My Games \ skyrim \

Have you installed the Unofficially Skyrim patch. (there are patches for the DLC's as well, if you have those) (http://afkmods.iguanadons.net/index.php?/files/category/95-unofficial-patch-project/)
