The tip during the loading screen now says 'Send Mr. Handy to the wasteland to collect caps and items.'

Can anyone confirm how this is working?

Also it seems like Mr. Handy doesn't count as an explorer. I have 25 dwellers out and I was able to send out a Mr. Handy to explore.

I didn't try sending more than one.

Mr Handy doesn't collect item, Bethesda made a mistake. It is not fair for those paying.

You can sent a Mr Handy out when you already have 25 explorers (25+1), but after you Collect one, you cannot send again.

It is not count when you send, but count as explorer when it is there. Something ridiculous!

The tip on the "Please Stand By" loading slides does say that, but in the VDSG (found while playing your Vault in the Pip-Boy's Book icon) Help tab page 22 says he collects Caps but avoids encounters... maybe he used to find items on iOS but they removed it to get us to buy more Lunchboxes and were too lazy to update the slide???

I am in iOS but Mr Handy never found any item, only CAPS.

Even then, he maxes out at 5000 CAPS. My dwellers amass at least twice that.
