Since I've installed 1.4, I'm getting that pre-1.3 happiness bug again.

The one where if you leave the settlement, the game forgets you have beds and defenses, and the happiness plunges. But when you go back to your settlement and open the workbench, the Pip-boy updates and happiness slowly returns.

Not a big deal when you have just one or two settlements, but when all but 4 are occupied, it's annoying having three or four of them go below 30% for no reason.

And yes, I've assigned all settlers to beds.. but when you look at workplaces in your pip-boy and it says you have 0 beds and 0 defense, when you know you have 24+ beds for 16 settlers and 110 - 120 defense.. that's a bug that was fixed, but is now returned!!
