We have a day for everything now it seems. First it was sandwich day, now it's apparently Mass Effect day.

I wonder what tomorrow will be.

I'm a little embarrassed to admit that I haven't played any of the Mass Effect games. I have seen the Mass Effect: Paragon Lost movie though, if that counts. I love Jennifer Hale's voice acting as Bastila and Satele Shan. I may keep an eye out for these games if there's ever a Steam sale. :)

Ha. I wouldn't doubt it.

But I myself am a big fan of Mass Effect and loved every one of the games despite some flaws that they all had. And I found the multiplayer of Mass Effect 3 quite fun as well. Had tons of content that added so many unique classes to play and weapons to use and it was all free. Wished I had played more of it. The Geth Engineer with the Geth SMG was the bee's knees.

Here's the trailer if you can't find it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JsUG00sKyT4

Brings back so many great memories of those games.

Eh, thought it would have been better if they got Mark Meer to also say some lines as Male Shepard in the trailer as well, only for them to say "signing off" at the same time. That would have been epic.

I know Male Shep wasn't always the best voice acting, but I thought there are so many lines in the Mass Effect trilogy that would not have been as great or hilarious without that overly stern voice.

Don't buy them on Steam. ME3 isn't available there at all and you still need to go through Bioware system to buy DLC for ME2. Just go with Origin if you want to play them.

Mass Effect ruined Jennifer Hale for me. I felt so strongly about these games that I can't associate her voice with anyone but Shepard anymore.

I was disappointed not to hear male Shepard aswell. Especially since I never played as the female Shepard, I always felt Shepard as a female was weird.

Same, I much preferred Meer over Hale in Mass effect.

Same here, I have have not played them though I do have a desire to.

As Rosveen mentioned, Mass Effect is now through Origin. I've been keeping one eye on them to see if they ever do the games + DLC package. So far, no sign of it :nope:

To others who know the thread's reference, Happy N7 Day!

I feel like I always squander N7 day. Last year, I forgot it existed, and this year all I did was watch a trailer. What's the point of a holiday if I don't do anything for it? I've beaten ME1 at LEAST 10 times, I beat ME2 literally 73 times. That's not an exaggeration. And I've beaten ME3, I want to say 20 times. So, I guess my excuse can be that I've already shown my dedication.
