Visual & AudioNot unhappy

Low resolution textures occasionally slap me in the face. In game music is excellent but ambient sounds are few and lacking - not another cave wind whoosh.
Gameplay & Mechanics (Skills/Perks/Level progression)Mostly happy with level progression though it is a little quick at early levels and all too soon you can find yourself on an unintended path.
Skills are proving a blunt instrument when it comes to fleshing out my character. We have, "this is the hammer wot (sic) I'm good with" in place of "swinging this hammer has made me strong", "even when using a hammer, it is speed and accuracy which counts most" or "I may not be as strong as most but I can swing this hammer all day".
Perks. They do feel better than the Ob "I woke up this morning and suddenly I can stab stuff". I'll go for not unhappy.
Story (Quests / Dialogue etc.)Wow, such a massive area to cover.
Basic Quests: Some basic fetch quests tend towards MMO design - fetch 5 of x - but the ones I have done are quite well presented. Other fetch quests vary from the simple take parcel to x to the full on take parcel to x via awesome dungeon.
Faction Quests: I can only comment on the mage quest: Exiting, compelling, overly large dungeons and ending in a total "What? You can not be serious!". Too little content spread too far, needs a couple of levels of progression.
Dialogue: Generally well voiced and presented though repetitive and some too much in my face - sea captain. Greetings need more variation. Prejudices are relayed well but do they ever change as the PC progresses?
Once again I'll go for not unhappy.
Ambience (The 'Alive' background world)Much like Ob it feels as if most settlements exist in total isolation. So far I feel the settlements are credible within their own bounds but lack integration within the world.
Time will tell: Not unhappy.
Evolution (Oblviion --> Skyrim)Ob was at best a 20 hour game, Sk has hit 70 hours and I can find no reason to stop playing - that said I have also failed to find a reason to relentlessly play on into the early hours of the morning, lots of Oos and Ohs but hardly any Wows and little overall compulsion.
Once again, not unhappy but not overawed.
