I've restarted NV on Very Hard and in hardcoe Mode (Liking that a lot ) but I've noticed I'm not leveling up at all, I'm still a Level 1 Drifter when I have enough XP to be on Level 3. So is this normal? Should I be leveling up or what? I've searched the forums and I can't find anything to do with this. Anyone know what the score is? Although not leveling up makes the game even harder, which is good the only downside is I can't assign skill points to lockpick, which is a very important skill but I like the fact I'm not leveling up apart from this. Does hardcoe Mode stop leveling your character up?
