I have trouble remembering conversations I had when various NPCs ask me to do some quest or other. I don't remember their name, where I talked with them and what they wanted months later.

It would be nice if all conversations were recorded as they were played and they could be replayed by scrolling through a list of the NPC names and replaying all their spoken topics. Is this even possible?
