Alright so I'm RPing a Hardboiled Private Investigator, and I already pretty much have possible skills, perks and special in my head. What I need help with is coming up with quests to do. I mean quests that would fit in any classic Film Noir. Dark, winding mysteries, were no one gets out unscathed( physically or mentally ), and nothing's black and white. This means main, side, and unmarked quests.

Any suggestions?
