According to the construction kit, Harkon is not in the immune faction for the Razor, but I've been hitting him for a good few minutes (300+ hits), and no instant kill. It seems strange that the Razor can kill almost any boss (sans Miraak and the ghost giant), but Harkon seems immune. Has anyone killed him with a Razor proc? Or have an explanation for why he is immune? Bad luck?
