Harness missing bones

This CK error shows up in every major hold. What are missing bones?

MODELS: Bone 'HarnessLeftBone' not found for part 'BASE data\meshes\Actors\horse\character assets\harness.nif'.Requested by 'Horse' model 'WindhelmCarriageHorse (0009B7BC) -> Horse (00072A08)'.MODELS: Bone 'HarnessRightBone' not found for part 'BASE data\meshes\Actors\horse\character assets\harness.nif'.Requested by 'Horse' model 'WindhelmCarriageHorse (0009B7BC) -> Horse (00072A08)'.
And how does a horse request these bones?

The harness bone hasn't been rigged to the horse skeleton.
