I'm sure this idea has been tossed around for years, but why hasn't it been done? I'd love to have a game in the style of Elder Scrolls with a Harry Potter theme! Could you imagine having an open magical world? Go through Hogwarts, become a Death Eater or an Auror, level up your magical abilities, defeat Voldemort or side with him.

Who else wants this? Any ideas on why it hasn't happened? I'm assuming licensing and royalties...
