Has anyone actually called Bethesda's support line?

As the title states, I called the Bethesda support line for the first time today hoping to get a timeframe for a fix on the DLC loading bug. After hearing an automated voice list off a bunch of games that weren't NV, I pressed 9 for "Other games". The oh-so-helpful automated voice redirected me http://support.gamesas.com/eng/platformlist.asp?sid=194255101021068049169165&pid=400000953&pnm=Fallout%3A+New+Vegas. If that advice isn't the most redundant [censored] ever, I'm really not sure what is. Alternatively, I was told that I could email Bethesda. All I see happening in that scenario is my thoughtfully worded complaints being lost in a sea of "OMG FIX IT NAOO OR I WILL RETURN GAME!!!!111!" emails. In an attempt to make this thread actually useful, does anybody have any idea on a timeframe for a patch for the DLC loading saves bug?

I followed your link and I submitted a complaint about this glitch, they are obviously aware of it by now and have already been working on it but I'll keep bugging them any way I can to make sure they know this is the most important glitch to fix with their next update.

I don't think it's redundant to send you to a place where you can submit a technical issue directly to them and i suggest you do it. Did you expect them to invite you over to the studio to discuss the glitch with the team over dinner?

I actually laughed at this post because I bought Fable 2 back in 2008 when it came out a week before Fallout 3 was released o October 29th. I never played Fable 2 for more than that one week because of the glitches I experienced and only played Fallout 3 thereafter. I wasn't planning on buying Fable 3 but this is crazy how this situation is exactly the opposite from two years ago. I just hope that the Devs arent playing Fable 3 and actually are working on FNV. I dont want to have to buy Fable 3...
