I have been playing New Vegas for around 20 hours on pc, almost always adding new mods to the game between each time I play. I have about 125+ mods on right now. And no it is not CTD's or anything like that, i am usually alright when it comes to getting mods to work. But while in Novac, all of the sudden, i am... like turning into a monster or ghoul or something. I have no idea why. I am not literally transforming, but when it happens, the screen goes black and plays this scary, feral ghoul sounding scream, and returns normal after a few seconds, only an hour has passed in-game. But this makes the game unplayable as it happens non-stop, over and over again. I have not downloaded anything that should be doing something like this, i am really clueless about how to fix it and what to do. Has anyone come across this problem themselves and if so, have you fixed it? The most recent mods i have added since this occurred was TSC New vegas, TSC commander, the Enclave commander mod, and Risen settlement. Help please.

Oh I remember this bug, but I can't remember what the cause and solution was (very long time ago). There is probably mention of it here somewhere.
