A while ago, Charles or something like that said that he heard some caravan merchants mentioning that the NCR won at Hoover Dam. This would be pretty interesting to know. However, since then, literally nobody has found even one shred of evidence which confirms the existence of this line of dialogue. Heck, people have dug into the files and never found anything confirming an NCR victory

Thus, has anybody ever actually found this dialogue or is it more likely that the whole thing was made up because the user wanted the NCR ending to be canon?
