or lost lunch boxes/mr. Handy's?


I've quit playing since the game randomly decided to not let me load up my main vault, which is still sitting on my phone but just wont load.


I've sent several inquiries to Bethesda via emails and this forum and the best I got was "your topic counts as spam"


Is this truly a corperate commander situation of F u give me money? I expect that from EA, but not from Bethesda.


Has anyone ever gotten a refund, or received working instructions on how to get a vault thats never been deleted working again?

Did your damaged safe file happen as a result of an incident that didn't play out right like mole rats that didn't actually appear? Or was it the result of your device dying while you were playing? I can help you with the former, not the latter.

Neither. Was playing like normal. Tapped on a power room to collect resources and it just crashed to home screen like it does every now and then. Par for the course I guessed since that's been this games MO since day one. Went back in and it seems to load all the way up until the moment when the vault actually opens up and you get the welcome back screen. That's when it just blacks out for a second and I'm back at my phones home screen.


No power loss and no weird events since the vault was made back at day one. Never exploited any glitch, time or lunch boxes etc, and have been playing legit since launch. Even kept my population down on average to around 150 due to this very concern. hadnt had a pregnant dweller for weeks and had 50 unopened lunch boxes and I think 4-6 Mr. Handy's still boxed up. Was waiting for the next patch to open them just in case some more legendaries where added to the game.


What help can you provide? Has your help worked for others?


If I can get my original vault back I'd shout Bethesda praises all over the Internet. I'd even spend more money on lunch boxes to show gratitude for the help. Bought over 160 LB's since day one, mostly as a way of saying thanks to Bethesda for making a mobile game I actually really like.

I play on an iPhone 6s. A problem I had was my save wouldn't load when I tried to enter the vault. It happened directly after a raider incident that came from rushing a room. I had to edit the save to return the room back to the "working" state rather than a state of emergency. After doing that the save worked just fine.
