I haven't played the mod, or actually I haven't played morrowind. I was just reading on skyrim mods and saw a lich mod that said he was inspired by the illuminated order mod from morrowind. I can't play the mod as I don't have morrowind, but I'm curious and interested to hear about the story. More specifically, I've always known liches to be portrayed as evil undead creatures bent on revenge, destruction, and soul svcking.

I'm curious if this mod takes a different approach and has an alternate, more neutral interpretation. Maybe the greater liches didn't become a lich because they were evil, they were just powerful mages who wanted to achieve immortality without bearing ill-will against the rest of the world.

I recommend you spend $10 and embark on one the greatest gaming experiences of all time.
