Specifically, I am looking for the slow time shout (words 1,2 and 3). I've been told that it's west of Solitude.

Can anyone confirm? Or better yet, does anyone have a link to a .jpeg map with locations?

Just don't try to use the on-line Prima Map that came with the Collectors Edition Strategy Guide. Worse On-Line map I have ever used. User made ones for MW were much better.
