IIRC, I was sneaking around someplace (don't remember where) and was spamming "Q" repeatedly to scan for random baddies, when suddenly VATS locked in on a Molerat Queen. "Interesting" I thought as I qued up a few heatshots, but it only took one to kill it. Totally forgetable encounter, functionally identical to any other molerat.

Or maybe I'm misremembering.

yea she went down as easy as a rabid molerat. nothing special.
