Created a character called Mrs. New Vegas?

I am being honest here. I listened to the radio with Mr. New Vegas and there is a line that says:

"You're my Mrs. New Vegas dear listeners"

or something along those lines

And I thought, why doesn't someone or me in fact create a character called Mrs. New Vegas for the lolz?

I've never made a Mrs. New Vegas, But I have made Texas red. He had red hair and was ugly as [censored]. Every time the song Big iron came on, He had to commit a crime and I actually let a NCR ranger kill him thanks to the song.

But if I were to count the number of "lol characters" I've made? ... .. Oh boy, that'd be a long list.

Sometimes a rolfcopter character is fun to make.
