One thing that really felt missed from the vanilla game wad a dlc to rebuild Winterhold. Polls were even held back in the day with high numbers of fans pleading for it. Winterhold the settlement is a capital of a hold and it is one of the select places that the carriages take you to. It has the Mage Guild there with good trainers and merchants, but the settlement itself has very little reason to go there. It is crying out for some rich noble to invest there. It doesn't have much wood locally, but we see a lot of oportunity to mine rock. Something like a castle player home, a good market and a few houses located on the land that is left from collapsing into the sea would be a really useful place to visit and trade. Maybe even a small dock on the coastline. Is there anything out there that remotely fits this description?
