So if you zoom out in 3rd person your targeting reticle moves an equal distance in the opposite direction, allowing you to interact with things 15 feet away.

That's just game mechanics. Your character doesn't have powers.

Nor do you have the ability to detect sarcasm. It's a bug not "game mechanics".
