The hatch to the abandoned bos bunker is still locked and I have tried deleting and re installing the game data utility and it is still locked. Please fix or help me

the only thing that "helped" me get in was backing up an deleting all my saves an then delete all my game data utility of the game and Dead money, an start all over but there must be a beter way.

the bunker is locked if you start any of the end game quests that is most likely your issue. A friend decided to get the ranger sequoia before entering the bunker only to find it locked. I recommended he try before finishing the ranger sequoia quest and the door was unlocked. Just don't complete any parts of the end game quests and you will probably be fine.

i have played fnv 4 times now on the ps 3 and have yet to get into the ababdoned bunker. i have read forums and watched videos. not the safe house not the hidden valley location. the abandoned bunker on the east side of the map. i have no idea what to try next. i am loving the game but also, i am knocking on the door to giving up north passage is blocked also and soooooo many bugs. i cant get the dlc because the psn is still down as far as i know. any one have any verified answers on how to get in?
