I've never read about any Dunmer being crazy Thalmor cultists.
My character is helping him become Jarl. I might turn him into an ash pile because my character is never going back to Markarth anyway.

What I mean is she is a Stormcloak. My character doesn't actually want him to be Jarl but he is the one who becomes Jarl of Markarth when the Stormcloaks take it.

I really wish that you could talk Jarls into switching sides, or pick one of three or four other candidates of the Hold to serve as Jarl after your side takes over.

I would have to look up the conversation tables to check if thats actually triggered by the player being any kind of elf... otherwise I suggest its possible that this stagement is triggered by any non-nord, which would mean he is blaming foreigners in general rather than just elves, which would be perfectly in line with the Stormcloak ideology.
