No, different tones. No one has the legal right to how a tempo is done. If it is exact pitch, tempo and tone. Basically the same sound, then yes. But its not. If that where the case a lot of House DJ's would be in trouble. And music would be very dull.

I did not notice anything it might help if you have the Fallout 4 theme song at the same point where you have the other song. I am no musician or have a trained ear to notice the difference. I know that I like the Fallout 4 theme better, much better.
