I have been spawning many times in front of an enemy to the point I don't even have time to pull the trigger for a split second.

Have the devs taken notice of this and/or addressed a future update on fixing it?

Its truly pathetic that this happens in a mp game in this day and age. I would assume the excuse will be that its a 'feature' which is in place there to maintain the 'high octain gameplay' or other somesuch rubbish. This whole game is simply a huge downer. It will be remembered as PC's kiddie fingering uncle, talked about in hushed tones by traumatised gamers for generations to come!
