Neither have worked. I am giving up. 13 hours with no possible solution in sight.

Check to see if any ZOS resources are running after you have deleted all of their files using the proper procedures and tools that have already been posted here.

Remove any ZOS resources that are still there.

Go create a new ZOS account and download the client again.

why u dont try unistall / clean registry and then install again (wait for any possible solution and then try it)

I am going to reinstall my OS and start the download and go to bed.

I would suggest trying using a restore point from before you downloaded the beta file. If it doesnt work, you can always change everything back (itll create another restore point at the time you do it).
