When I put on the targeter helm from the mod below, my head disappears.

How do I get my head back but keep the helm?

I think I just solved my problem right after I posted this; it just occurred to me that I replaced the power armor helm with it and didn't check off any thing and left the defaults attached. Duh... :facepalm: Sorry all.

Its usually texture related. What version did you download and where did you install your game?
If the texture cannot be found then worn items usually become invisible.
