Okay so... sometimes when I go from one cell to another, the screen turns black like normal, but unlike normal I'll see lines of repeating graphics. Pipboy faces and the sort, outlined in white, for just a moment before the new cell loads. Spread all across the screen.

Also a lot of the time, dialogue options don't get cleared from the screen, so i'll have two or more sentences stacked on top of each other.
