So I have a interesting idea, but I'll need help

I'm taking a break from questing. I'm having too many problems right now with one quest and it has been giving me a headache of late, and I don't feel like working on my two other major projects that I know will take me more than 4 months. Sooo, I decided to hit Riften with a whole new thief faction.

May throw in small quests that i know i'll be able to handle, but not any time soon. Right now I want to learn some new things outside of the questline area.

For example, I'm securing the whole honeyside building (Yes, I know it's player house and I won't be deleting any of that, but it'll also be a thieves den) Which also adds in I want to be able to have the Player to join the faction, but that'll come later.

First I want to learn how to setup trigger boxes. I want to setup a toll fee to access the front part of the Honeyside building, example would be a 1,000 gold fee (if possible rather than 200) to enter inside and I want to throw some persuasive options, such as "Oh, 1,000 is a bit steep in my pockets. How about 500?" Or "Riften guards would love to hear this shakedown) Giving you immediate access (But this will be for the higher speech levels, like 75ish) The 500 can stick with the 40's.

So I want to learn that and I want to learn how to create a law system based on the crime effects that the player causes if harming one member of this thief gang. I want the option for the player to either fight and die or get arrested. No payment fee, but I'm unsure if that's able to happen.

Lastly, I want to create a hostile trigger to where all thief members will attack the player or anyone that trespasses the place without authorization. Just to make it a bit more threatening.

Other than that, no, this isn't another thieves guild. They actually hate the thieves guild and all its members. This is more of a tough it up thief gang. Other than that, any help would be necessary and nice. Thanks!
