i have limited edition and i unlocked the hologram attachment for SCAR and used it many times

but the skill assessment for hologram is still locked?
how do i unlock it?

sorry i dont get it

and apparently other assult rifles also have this hologram attachment
which is really disappointing because i wanted this hologram thing to be a VIP thing

The challenges for it only unlock when you buy it for a different weapon, its pretty retarded.
