In all your play throughs of TES games, what have you never done or tried?

For example - I have been playing TES since Morrowind and I have never had a character who has joined the the Theives Guild, specialized in Two Handed Weapons, been a were wolf, or used Illusion magic.

Not sure why, but none of these things have ever really appealed to me, so I never do them in my play through.

What have you not yet done or tried?

I never played as a vampire in Morrowind, Oblivion or Skyrim.

I have never killed Fargoth which is a miracle
