Firstly, im VERY new to modding.

Lets say i Want to make A hunter that has A little Shack in the middle of the woods.

and then i Want the hunter to hunt animals in A certain area from EXAMPLE: 8AM TO 9AM.

and the go back go her Shack for the rest of the day?

http://www.CreationKit.com is probably your best bet--they have tutorials which you should be able to walk through, and get the general idea

At it's simplest, building things like a shack is drag-and-drop from the menu, but there's other stuff like Ownership, making new Cells, et cetera, so the tutorials should give you a good idea.

Packages it probably what you'd want to look up for the hunting, but I'm not overly familiar with them (don't really use them myself, so...).
