My question is since i got a new laptop and play the game here again i have one question.

When i got to NOVAC i saw Victor but i did not wanna talk to him and just continued with my quest i then did the main novac quests and got to bolder city and after i did Showdown in Bolder city ( or whatever the name of the quest was) he greeted me that i now abouth Benny. So my question is is it a problem that i did not talk to Victor in NOVAC ?

it shouldnt be, worse comes to worse, you might miss out on some trivial dialogue

No it's not a problem. There's really no reason for Victor to be in Novac, I'm not sure why they put him there.

Well Victor did dig you out of the grave and get you to Doc Mitchell, it stands to reason that he'll be keeping a close eye on you, given who he works for.
