I have to questions now : Fallout: New Vegas

Ok number one where can i find the ranger sequoia revolvers, and two where are these brotherhood patrol guys located in the repcomm headquarters, i have been looking forever and i cant seem to track them down. Plus i really need to get buy this cause i need the power armour:D

1)Ranger vets carry them and one can be stolen after "Return to Sender".

2)On the 3rd floor.

You can get the Sequoia from Chief Hanlon, either by doing the Return to Sender quest, or by first stealing his ammo, then his gun.
Veteran Rangers also carries them when you're about lvl 20. They only appear when you have advanced far enough in the main plot though.

The BoS patrol is located in the upper-most floor. One paladin lies below some rubble and another sits up against a wall nearby. If you select the quest as the active one, the blip on your compass should lead you straight to them.

Also, here is a walk though from the Wiki to find the Bos, Spoilers

Once finished with the tour, enter the door to the left in the Planetarium and up the stairs to get the keycard. Go back to the first room and through the locked door using the card. Find the door to the second floor and take the first door on the left. Hack the terminal (Very Easy), beside a Nikola Tesla and You, and select the first option which gives you unlimited access to the second floor. Find the door heading to the third floor and enter. A waiting security bot will question you. If you cannot pass a Luck check (Luck 7), it will tell you that you must leave in 30 seconds. Search the Paladin near the rubble and leave (there is also a 3rd Level Security Pass located on a corpse).
