No one will follow me. The original companion I asked, Faendal, is free of my services. I told him to part ways and still no one will join me! I EVEN KILLED THE GUY! What the hell do I do now??? Am I forced to wander alone??

Having the same problem with Illia from Darklight Tower on Xbox360. Sent her away and now my housecarl from Whiterun won't follow me. I can't find Illia either.

I just got notified while I was in a dungeon alone that my follower got tired of waiting and left. I am very happy I just bought a house and moved all my stuff off her and into the house. I haven't made it back to town to see if she's around somewhere or just gone.
