Im looking for a thieves guild mod that improves the thieves guild as the reputation quests are done.I found i believe 3 on nexus but they are broke or have problems and was wondering if someone knows of a good stable working one.

Another off topic question dors anyone know if cheskos wearable lanterns affect sneak detection when lit?

While I do know any thieves guild mod, I can answer your question about chesko's lantern : yes they cause detection, but you can configure a hotkey in-game to toggle the lantern on and off
