yo dawg i heard you like scamps so we put a scamp in yo scamp so you could summon a scamp while you summon a scamp!. no but seriously its highly likely summoning spells cannot be combined otherwise whats to stop me from summoning a scamp thats on fire or a scampmora >.>

I don't follow there

But in all seriousness, since we can combine to of the same spell, what does that mean for summoning? Longer durations? A bigger badder version?

ASTOUNDING!
Glad it got a laugh :) Seriously though, It would be cool if with a perk or with high conjuration skill, Bendu/NPCs could either summon a larger scamp or two scamps at the same time. If it's not so, I smell a mod.

Oh. I thought combine different spells was out. I'm asking if we have a summon scamp spell in each hand, do we get a bigger scamp? Longer summon time, etc.

Sorry, I tend to read things literally. :sadvaultboy:

MY question is if you have to hold the button to keep a flamethrower going, is the same true for a summoning?

NO

This begs the question if you have summon scamp in one hand and summon Clannfear on the other, what do you get, two Daedra?, One Powerful Daedra or something Else?

You can't combine different spells so you'll just get one scamp and one clannfear. I don't think they said if you can cast two spells at the same time though so you might have to cast one after the other.

There is a perk that let's you have two summons out at once.

So logically, for anyone without the perk, a double summon spell will produce only a single stronger summon. The duration is most likely dependent on how long you charged the spell.

Can I be the first to inject a little sanity into this topic and say that it is likely that you cannot combine two of the same summon spells. There is a slight chance that it allows for a longer time being summoned, but zero chance of a double summon as that is a confirmed perk to allow multiple summons simultaneously.

Well the Dragon Priest that Todd kills in the demo summons the frost dude, and casts other spells. It doesnt seem like you have to hold it down to maintain it

I would think you could only make atronachs stronger.

I also think it's probably just double the duration for the summon, would be awesome if it summoned one at twice the power though, imagine if you summoned something bigger.

Off-topic but still related, wouldn't it be awesome for a summon random daedra spell? Might get a scamp, might get a xivilai!, reduce spell cost to offset the unpredictability, could be handy.

 Hilarious topic to start! But if it were possible, I would say "Two scamps in one".

I'm guessing you get the stronger variant of a scamp. For skeletons that would be like Skeleton vs Skeleton Archer at low levels (no. of perk ranks) and Skeleton Hero vs Skeleton Champion at higher levels. Maybe for scamps you get stuck with Staff of Everscamp, just so the devs have something to laugh about? :P

I think I read somewhere, I'll link if I find, that summons with both hands makes a "stronger" version. Not sure how much stronger or tougher but we'll have to wait and see.

No it's not. There was a review or a vid somewhere that he summoned a scamp and had detect life.
