Do I HAVE to take up Smithing to get Daedric and/or Dragon a

Anyone know if there are static places where this stuff appears? I would love to get some pieces of this on my level 1...

Not that I know of. I highly doubt it.

It's all about luck. I have a level 62 character that hasn't found a single piece of Dragon armor but my level 23 character has found boots, armor and a helmet.
