In the game, there are those Buy those house in blah blah blah .Well, for one of them, the Buy a house in Skingrad, you have to talk to the orc Shum gro- Yarug before you can purchase it. In one of my profiles, I went to find this guy. As I was following the arrow leading to him, I knew something was up. It was going in a weird direction and something was not right. And what do you know, there was the Orc, dead on the ground, outside one of the city gates! uhhhhhh .... what?

I have read about it and have that it obviously was not just me with this problem. Apparently, when walking from the castle, he can sometimes fall off the bridge and die. The odd thing about this was he was no where near the bridge, he was near the stables, outside one of the gates! This made me a bit mad, since it was the last house I needed to buy and not to mention the most expensive house. In the next profile, I went straight to Skingrad to find Shum gro-Yarug and now I have the wonderful house still doesn't explain how he got way over to the stables.... trampled? Dragged himself away from the bridge to get help? Someone rolled down, even though ( if i remember correctly) there was no hill.

That happens a strange amount in Oblivion. If you have the Spell Tomes mod, he may have been killed by the mage that sets out immediately in your direction once you leave the sewer.
