I was at level 37 and have been reset. And lost every thing. When will I get my stats back crytek

BTW with the 1.04 patch going live I thought I'd get my stats back I had BEFORE rebooting. Please Crytek give us back our stats before we rebooted

I was a level 50 and got reset during double xp weekend. the bad thing was it screwed me out of competing for xp that weekend. the good thing was i quickly leveled up to obtain the guns i wanted to use.
