Haven't played FNV in awhile

I haven't played Fallout New Vegas ever since my character got the glitch where you cant load your game.

I was just wondering if they ever fixed that yet, and can you still play the character that was unplayable?

Theres about 5 saves for the same character (they are all unplayable)

I would hate to restart my character i spent 50+ hours on.
it would just seem like a big waste of time.

So if the glitch doesnt get fixed soon, im going to sell it.

Last I heard, yes they did fix that and there were some customers who reported that they were able to load old games. Your best bet would be to download the latest patch (it's automatic when you turn the game on) and try loading one. If it doesn't work, then those saves are gone, and they have no plans to fix fully corrupt saves. However, the patch did prevent this issue from happening anymore, so you could start a new game comforted by the fact that it won't happen again.
