So, I'm on my third character that is a level 19...and I am doing the first quest after you join the Stormcloaks where you go and do what not in a cave and get an Ebony Claw. I try to activate the 3 rings and none of them will move, no matter how hard I press down on my "A" button or however many times I press it. But, I can put the claw in the holes and loot and whatever else. But for some reason activating things wont work. Any help?

save under a new file
restart xbox or w/e ur playing on
load save
